5. Non-Refundable Services

Refunds will generally not be provided for:

  • Services that have been fully delivered and accepted by the client as per the agreement.
  • Customized work such as branding, website design, content creation, or marketing campaigns once approved or launched.
  • Fees for consulting hours or advisory services already rendered.
  • Any third-party costs or subscriptions paid on behalf of the client (e.g., ad spend, hosting fees).

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Before Service Commencement: Clients may cancel a service prior to its start date with a full refund, minus any non-recoverable expenses.
  • During Service Delivery: Cancellation requests after service commencement may be subject to partial refunds or credits depending on work completed and resources allocated.
  • Specific cancellation terms are detailed in individual service contracts and proposals.
